Features:
• Hermann Oak is a vegetable-tanned hide from a St. Louis tannery that's been running since 1881 — it's the benchmark leather for saddlery and it holds its shape rather than stretching out
• Rivet and burr is the traditional saddler's fixing: the rivet is set through a washer and peened over, which won't pull apart the way a double-cap rivet can
• Solid brass buckle and D-ring won't rust, and develop a warm patina with use
• Natural tan leather darkens over time — this collar will look different, and better, in a year
• Leather keeper holds the tail flat rather than letting it flap
• D-ring sits behind the buckle, so the load pulls against the strongest part of the collar
Suited to:
• Everyday wear and lead attachment
• Medium breeds through the 37.5–47.5cm neck range
• Owners who want a collar that ages in rather than wears out
