Return Policy
We happily accept returns for items in ‘as new’ condition within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The item must have been purchased directly from the PK9 Gear website.

Items bought from other stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Please note:
Customised items can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.
We won’t accept returns on items that are soiled, damaged, or used.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Don’t forget to include a short note explaining your return and a copy of your invoice or order number.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away:

We’ll sort it out with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Exchanges are handled as separate transactions—your original item will be refunded, and your new item will be charged to your account.
