What happens after I place the deposit?
Our team reviews your brief and provides a full quote for the job before proceeding.
What if I don’t know which material to choose?
Choose ‘Recommend for me’ in the collar finder. Tell us how your dog uses the collar and we’ll guide the material and hardware direction.
How should I measure my dog?
Use a soft tape where the collar normally sits and allow enough room to slide two fingers underneath. If you are unsure, write ‘need help’ and we can guide you.
Can I request colours or special details?
Yes. Add colour ideas, engraving, hardware preferences and other inspiration in the design notes. Availability and pricing will be confirmed in your quote.
