A 132cm lead in latigo leather, with a black handle joined to a brown body by a solid brass O-ring. Brass snap at the collar end, double-cap rivets throughout. Handmade in Melbourne, and one of only two made.

• Latigo is oil-tanned for suppleness and water resistance — it softens with use rather than cracking

• Solid brass hardware won't rust, and takes on a warm patina over time

• Double-cap rivets are finished on both sides, so there are no rough edges against your hand

• The brass O-ring at the handle junction gives you a second attachment point for a bag dispenser or a short-hold grip

• 2cm width balances strength against hand comfort on longer walks

• Two-tone construction makes the handle easy to find by feel
