Slip collar
Purchased product $42 inc postage. Received no problem.
After 10 min use, my 5mth GSD turned and chomped on lead only twice. Severed it with two bites. Emailed company (Chris) and expressed politely that I was not happy with the “durability “ of product mentioned above in there guarantee, to which he replied “ Is the lead advertised as chew proof?”
Customer service is really not this company’s forte.

Thanks for your feedback, but let's clear up a few things. Our leads are designed for handling, not for snack time. If your 5-month-old GSD has already decided that chewing is their hobby, then perhaps consider investing in a toy specifically for that purpose.
As for the guarantee, it's about the function and quality of the lead when used as intended — not as a chew toy. We always aim for customer satisfaction, but we also believe in setting realistic expectations. If you need a chew-proof option, there are products made from steel cables; however, for an obedience leash, ours works just as it should—unless it’s repurposed for teething.
And regarding customer service, we’re straight shooters. No fluff, just facts. If that’s not your style, we respect that, but we stand by our approach.

Perfect for puppies and offleash training
I love this tab slip collar for fading the long lines when doing offleash work, and for puppies around the house. It's awesome to have a leash on my dog without having a leash dragging around the ground causing a trip hazard.

Not Happy with your service
I have asked several times to view the free video after purchasing the tab slip collar and Chris can vouch to that. He's tried to help but so far I have not been able to enroll and haven't made any progress in viewing the free video. I've only recently sent an email to your info email.
