Love the flirt pole, but my dog isn't sure how to play with it. I have had one with a squeaky toy she can catch and release when told, this is different and as she likes to pluck has found the lambskin good for that. I tried tug but it's not happening so far for long anyway! Its so well made and strong

Ziggy’s new obsession
My 8 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback began by being very suspicious of his new flirt pole. Over a couple of days this changed into a full on prey obsession! It’s become our new training tool to motivate him and teach him impulse control!

Well made with solid leather pieces
Looks great, smells great (who doesn't like the smell of leather), made with solid pieces of leather well stitched with backing where needed. One piece of leather - the top one with the PK9 gear logo ripped off within 5 minutes. It didn't have any extra backing or stitching so may be only for advertising purposes. Doesn't matter, there are plenty more solid pieces. Great leather covering on the stick part for a good grip. Heaps of pieces for dog to grab and tug. Seems to like it. It is heavy though and my weak lady muscles can't keep the game going for as long as when I use my home made lighter weight one! Dog = swiss shepherd

Flirt Pole - a big hit
I brought this for my girl Gitana who throughly enjoys her game with it. Gitana is a strong Rotti and the pole is well made and strong. She managed to rip the pole from me and enjoyed some head banging with it, throwing it around like a matador’s cape. 5 minutes she was exhausted and calm for the rest of her walk.
