What if I don’t know which material to choose?+
Choose ‘Recommend for me’ in the collar finder. Tell us how your dog uses the collar and we’ll guide the material and hardware direction.
How should I measure my dog?+
Use a soft tape where the collar normally sits and allow enough room to slide two fingers underneath. If you are unsure, write ‘need help’ and we can guide you.
Can I request colours or special details?+
